The Center for Fitness and Health has more than 40,000 square feet of space with a complete fitness center along with the medicalresources and technologies of a hospital. Our facility includes expansive strength and cardiovascular training area, two group fitness studios, a rubberized Indoor Walking/Running Track and a Four-lane, 75-Foot Lap Pool and Aquatic Therapy Pool. The Center for Fitness and Health has spacious Locker Rooms with Saunas and lounge areas, massage therapy and babysitting services.
