Interval Training- an advanced class for those looking to add a high intensity workout into their exercise plan. It is based on timed intervals at lactate threshold. Boxing intervals add the dynamic of shadow boxing to increse the intensity.
Our “Sit &” classes use a chair to make the workout more gentle and ability friendly!
Spinning- a non-impact cycling workout for all levels. Your instructor guides the ride, you guide your intensity.
Hip Hop Dance
Yoga-promote strength, flexibility, and peace through traditional yoga postures and flow, as well as breathing and relaxation. Restorative yoga is geared towards relaxation. Myofascial yoga is geared towards muscle release and mobility.
