Ai Chi: Relaxation, Breathing, Meditation and Unity) Designed to strengthen and balance your energy through breathing and relaxation.  This class helps the body increase range of motion in the upper and lower extremities and trunk region.

Center for Fitness & Health

The Center for Fitness and Health has more than 40,000 square feet of space with a complete fitness center along with the medical resources and technologies of a hospital. Our facility includes expansive strength and cardiovascular training area, two group fitness studios, a rubberized Indoor Walking/Running Track and a Four-lane, 75-Foot Lap Pool and Aquatic Therapy Pool. The Center for Fitness and Health has spacious Locker Rooms with Saunas and lounge areas, massage therapy and babysitting services.
